My REZEKNE – a new article posted

Esther Rechtschafner learned from a cousin that her paternal grandmother was born in Rezekne, Latvia.  Her mission was to learn more about this community and to understand the history of the area and how it related to her family.  She uncovered a community rich in Jewish history and cultural life. Her article is a look at the community over the years and in memory of those who lived there.
