We’ve received many requests from people who are looking to help with our new society, which is really great. While the society was started with dozens of volunteers, we are always looking for new volunteers who can contribute from their knowledge and experience to help others interested in genealogy. That’s why we do what we do do, right?
It has also been pointed out that we don’t offer explicit information on the web site on how you can contribute. Please bear with us as this site grows. This site is continuously evolving, and we are adding to it daily. Much of the work cannot be seen right away, but will become clearer in the future as we roll out new features on the site. One of our priorities is a better system for tracking requests, including requests to help out.
For now, as we get things up to speed, if you would like to contribute to the web site or the association in general, please send us a message through the Contact Us page.
Have an idea for an article you’d like to write?
Are you an expert in a particular area of genealogy and want to contribute a Resource Guide?
Would you be willing to speak at an upcoming meeting?
Want to suggest a new feature for the web site?
Are you able to help us improve our translations?
Please send us proposals through the Contact Us page.
We’d like to thank everyone who has offered to help out, and we look forward to working with each of you. Our society and our volunteers are one and the same, without the volunteers there would be no society, so we thank all the existing volunteers and all the new people who have expressed interest in helping.
