There will be a meeting in Jerusalem on January 1, 2014 at the AACI center, 37 Pierre Koenig St., 4th floor. As usual our time opens with the opportunity to speak with others about your research and we will be available from 18:30. This is a good time to join IGRA or renew your membership! IGRA members have free entrance. There is a 20 NIS fee for guests. The lecture is in English.
Our lecture will begin at 19:00. Genie Milgrom is an International Business woman and is currently the President of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Miami as well and the Executive Vice President and incoming President of the Society of Crypto Judaic Studies in Colorado Springs. In an unparalleled work of genealogy, she was able to fully document her unbroken maternal lineage going back to 1480 Pre Inquisition Spain and Portugal. She is also the author of the book, My 15 Grandmothers and is President of Tarbut Sefarad-Fermoselle in Spain. The lecture topic is: “The History of the Hidden Jews in Fermoselle”.
